This new layout design is longer at the top with a passenger depot siding on the right.
This siding has 2 electric switches at both ends for in and out of the main line.
The other 3 electric switchs are the in and out of the yard and to the engine house from the main line.
All the others on the layout are manual hand thrown switches.

This new design is a walk around layout from all sides and reachable with a small step stool.
